You’ll stay close to engineering while making key architectural decisions, rapidly prototyping, scaling solutions to production, and communicating with C-Level stakeholders in enterprise-sized companies.
Key requirements include deep software engineering experience at Principal Engineer level, strong external client-facing skills with senior leadership, and proven commercial Generative AI experience where you have built and deployed a real-world GenAI system.

Principal Solutions Director – Remote (Ireland/UK/Europe) - €120k+
Lead enterprise-level Generative AI B2B solutions and oversee multiple delivery teams from scoping through execution. You’ll work closely with C-level and senior enterprise stakeholders, turning technical progress into tangible business value.
We are seeking a candidate with a software engineering/development background (must have coded earlier in your career), experience leading enterprise-scale technology projects, and strong executive-level stakeholder engagement skills. Commercial AI or ML project delivery experience is highly desirable, and you must have a genuine interest in AI and Generative AI.
Remote role with several client site days per month.
Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Remote (Ireland/UK/Europe) - €120k to €140k
Join a team solving complex client problems by building GenAI B2B Solutions for enterprise customers. As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work hands-on with code, rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver production-ready solutions. You must have a strong software engineering background, proven experience communicating with enterprise stakeholders (C-level and senior leadership) is a must, and the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
Commercial AI/GenAI project experience is highly desirable. Remote role with occasional client visits.
