jBPM is an open source BPM and workflow engine under the JBoss umbrella. In contrast to other BPM engines, it can be deployed as a simple jar file in your classpath. It doesn't even need an application server. It works in any Java environment like standard Java, enterprise Java, SEAM and Spring.

January Java Newletter
By jkorab - Posted on January 8th, 2008
Welcome to 2008! After the festivities of the holiday period, we at the Dublin Java User Group are looking forward to another set of excellent Java events in this fair city of ours. The forthcoming year will see us hosting evening lectures, master classes and of course another conference!
To kick off this year's activities DubJUG is giving you the chance to battle with your colleagues in a Java smack down! Join us next Tuesday at 7:30pm upstairs at The Duke pub on Duke St (between Grafton St and Dawson St) for the first ever Dublin Java Pub Quiz!
