In conjunction with the Dublin Java User Group SpringSource hosted a developer evening on the 19th of January 2009 Ben Corrie of SpringSource presented the session covering the GWT/OSGi/dm Server integration. (see his blog on http://blog.springsource.com for more info).

The presentation demonstrated how to

• create OSGi bundles, both vanilla and Spring Dynamic Modules
• create and test a GWT application which uses remoting
• deploy these in SpringSource's dm Server
• deploy Web applications as OSGi bundles

Due to the relatively cramped space for the presentation at the Holiday Inn the quality of the video is less than superb. Despite being recorded in high definition, the streaming service also degrades the quality, but we will try to find a better place to host the video.
