JAVA DEVELOPER - DUBLIN 2 - PHENOMENAL € PACKAGE ON OFFER Company Information My client is a proprietary securities trading company and member firm of the New York Stock Exchange. The company, is both a trading company and a developer of proprietary software that automates trade execution in the securities industry. They are seeking a strong Java developer to work on proprietary trading strategies that will run on their high-performance, electronic trading platform. Responsibilities include improving the scalability, performance and efficiency of existing strategies. This position involves strong collaboration with traders to research and prototype new strategies. Job Qualifications Candidates should have an interest in trading and financial markets, though a financial background is not essential Candidates should enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They should also be prepared to work up to 60 hours per week - for which a phenomenal financial package is on offer.
